I'm running CUCM 11.5 (SU1). I've just discovered that when I try and download trace/log files using RTMT, it complains that it can't talk to any of the subscribers in my cluster. Yet the rest of RTMT (e.g. all the performance monitoring, etc) is working fine. RTMT says to check connectivity & DNS, but that's all fine.Use the Windows Services tool to verify that all 3 Real-Time Monitor services are started, and to start any of the following services that have stopped: If any service will not start: Check the Windows Event Viewer for any errors or warnings from Websense RTM Server.
