This perk provides a 20% damage buff for 11 seconds after landing precision hits...In a long damage phase, like 30s +, focused fury will be up 90% of the time. Once it's up you can finish the rest of the mag with 20% bonus damage, reload, still have 20% damage buff and refresh the timer by hitting more crits.
