In a document published in the Federal Register on June 25, 2019, VA published a proposed rule, which proposed to revise its regulations that govern VA's Health Professional Scholarship Program (HPSP). 84 FR 29824. VA provided a 60-day comment period, which ended on August 26, 2019.
