While running the ATV oil started to leak on the left side of the engine. I cleaned up the parts and it appears to be leaking behind the front gear case. I put slightly over 2 qts of oil in it, and when off, the oil level in the window is half way between the marks. But when the motor is running, the level of oil is right at the bottom line. Place the oil pan under here and remove the bolt and the oil will drain out. I recommend running the atv for 5-10 minutes prior to draining to let the oil warm up. It will drain better this way. Next, open the oil filter compartment and replace the oil filter. Be sure the old oil filter o-ring is intact.If I get another complete engine cheap for my 250, I may have a 220 carb for you. I bought 2 220 bayous for $100 about 2 &1/2 years ago. I was told that one had a 250 engine and the other was a 220. When I got them, they were disassembled.
