I set my cards to the max 9999 and then I let Anki do the work of figuring out what I need to review and when. So far I have 423 cards in my deck and I see about 50 a day. I would just suggest that you spend most of ur time on Anki during ur content review phase. After that I would transition to doing Uworld or other practice problems and not spend more than 1-2 hours on Anki. About 1-2 hours max.

The first link should lead you to the anki website where there will be the description of the add on. Somewhere there is gonna be a box with a blue border that has a numerical code in it and says copy and paste this code to your anki. Copy that code.
