I run my Magnarr as a pure nuker without Accuracy or Res and do not see a reason why to run him with either. His dubuffs / spread aren't great and he works best as pure nuker. I guess you could use Res in Hydra or a go Second team but he isn't really a hydra champ and their are other ways to get around debuffs in the arena.Shieldguard Overview.
