You should use the rapier for slayer hands down. The fang is a tick slower than rapier. The fang also calculates damages differently (it only can max 85% of its max hit) I did a quick calculation and the max hit for fang would be around 52-54. The max hit for rapier 57-59. Rapier is also a tick faster making it the far superior choice. Rapier was already only marginally worse than fang without calculating in this mistake. Like rapier is better 100 def, 50 stab def bonus (or lower stab bonus) or 50 def, 100 stab def bonus (or lower def). With WTP off and bgsing baba and kephri after obtaining spec discount pot, the def is always lower than 50 in trio+.
