You have to create a config file using the editor program, but you can see everything in the file, make changes, then put it back into the save file (same as editing rosters or dynasty files with the editor). 1.Steps: Create a dynasty with Teambuilder team you want to edit the jerseys of. Save dynasty to your USB stick. Go to computer and plug in USB stick (OS X will not run the editor by itself will need additional software [bootcamp, wine, etc.]) Open modio (horizon works as well) Select “Open A Save”. Choose your dynasty from the USB. Download NCAA Football 14 ROM (ISO) by clicking on the link provided and following the instructions in the previous section. Don’t forget to check if the file is compressed in .zip format and, if so, right-click and unzip it. Once the files have been extracted into a new folder, open the RPCS3 emulator and go to the top left corner.
