Low level dungeons could be healed by a shadow priest and tanked by a dps specced person with a shield. The five stacks of SoV do 225 damage every 3 seconds, which almost exactly matches the dps of SoR (150 dmg every 2 sec vs 225 dmg every 3 sec), and the judgement hits about 700-800. However, this is when the seal is stacked up 5 times.
